Studio Policies

Every client is required to fill out a health history form so that we are aware of any health restrictions or contra indications that there may be.

The studio requires 24-hour cancellation notice for any scheduled appointment to avoid full charge of reserved time. Any appointment time has been arranged specifically for each client. If a client arrives late for an appointment, their session will be shortened in order to accommodate other clients who’s appointments may follow. Clients will be responsible for paying the full amount of the session.

She is certified to preform facials, waxing, chemical peels, body treatments, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, and makeup applications, and is committed to continuing her education to learn more!

Christina Adams
Christina AdamsLMT
Christina is a newly graduated Massage Therapist trained at Mildred-Elley in Albany, NY.

She specializes in traditional Swedish massage, Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT), and targeted trigger point work. Her intuitive approach allows her to tune in to each client’s unique needs, creating sessions that are both therapeutic and restorative.

Outside the treatment room, Christina works as a caregiver for elderly clients with Alzheimer’s, a role that reflects her compassion, patience, and naturally nurturing presence. She brings that same grounded care into every session, supporting clients in reducing pain, improving mobility, and feeling deeply cared for.

In her free time, Christina enjoys spending time with her rescue dog, Bruno, who brings joy, balance, and calm to her daily life.
